Nic Moves to Los Angeles

Roadtrip Madnesss: 28-May-2005 – 2-Jun-2005

The backstory of how this trip came to be is simultaneously long, complex, and profoundly uninteresting; so I'll not repeat it here. Suffice it to say, after throwing out, selling, or giving away nearly everything I own, and saying a few goodbyes, I packed all of my remaining possessions into the trunk of my car and headed west to start a new job.

I brought my camera with me, and despite the fact that I am not predisposed to snap pictures of things, and on the rare occasion that I do, I cannot take a decent picture to save my life, I tried my best to get a sense of what I saw on my way out here.

I harbour no illusions that this is anything other than a collection of banal ramblings that makes me look like a self-important bore, but on the off-chance that anyone would find this interesting, here is the photolog of my trip.
